Recruitment Plan for the International Student Exchange Activity of the 35th Dalian International Acacia Festival

I. Recruitment Background

In the context of the International Acacia Conference organized by the Dalian Municipal Government, in order to enhance the understanding and friendship between Chinese and foreign students and teenagers, and further promote in-depth exchanges and integration of education and culture among countries and regions around the world, we have specially planned a series of international activities such as "International Student Art Performances, Art Competitions, Sports Competitions, Cultural Exhibitions", combined with the stage, venue, international leaders' meetings, Chinese and foreign schools, international institutions of the 35th International Acacia Conference of the Dalian Municipal Government, to facilitate the exchange of world cultures. Now, we are recruiting outstanding young participants from all over the world to jointly witness the integration and inheritance of world cultures.

II. Recruitment Objectives

This recruitment aims to attract people from various countries who are interested in cultural exchanges, schools, groups, etc., with talents or special skills as cultural performers or participants in cultural competitions, and those without special skills as participants in this activity. Through guidance from international experts, competitions and communication and exchanges, it promotes the international vision and cross-cultural communication abilities of Chinese and foreign students.

III. Requirements for Recruitment Participants

1. Age of participants: 6-18 years old (visitors are not limited by age)

2. Talent requirements: Have certain artistic or special skills, such as Chinese songs, dance, instruments, recitation, fencing, martial arts, basketball teams, football teams, etc.; special programs include joint programs of friendly schools from China and abroad; the preliminary selection is handled by local agents, schools, etc.

3. Requirements for cultural competitions and sports competitions: According to the project and age group, the registration details are summarized and announced after the preliminary selection, including the schedule and details.

4. Individual registration is not accepted. Groups from various countries and regions, including middle schools, primary schools, institutions, government departments, etc., are responsible for collective registration; the entire process of cultural performances and international competitions is recorded by television. Chinese and foreign students and accompanying personnel need to follow the unified arrangement.

IV. Time and Location

Activity time: May 17th - 23rd, 2026 (estimated);

Registration deadline: November 30th, 2025, until the registration quota is full;

Activity location: The live broadcast venue of the 35th International Acacia Conference of Dalian;

Arrival airports: Dalian zhoushuizi International Airport, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport;

V. All participating students will receive the exchange certificate of the 35th International Acacia Conference of Dalian; students who obtain the qualification for cultural performances and achieve rankings in international competitions will receive special trophies and certificates. The awarding units include: political guests, Dalian Municipal Government, Dalian Sports Bureau, Dalian Foreign Language University, Dalian University of Technology, Connecting (Liaoning) International Exchange Co., Ltd., experts and famous teacher，etc.； Art experts are responsible by international guests， Dalian Foreign Language University International Art College， etc.； Television broadcasting， program arrangement， makeup and shooting， etc. are handled by Liaoning Television or Dalian Television； The judging panel， awarding guests， etc. are coordinated by international political guests， Dalian Acacia Conference Organizing Committee， etc.......................
